I’m Tanya Abdulrahim — a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on branding, graphic design, and editorial. My creative practice is driven by curiosity, emotion, and a deep interest in how design can shape identity, tell stories, and create connection.

For me, design goes far beyond visuals — it’s about building meaning and intention into every detail. I care deeply about the strategy and thinking behind a project: what a brand wants to say, how it wants to be remembered, and how design can give it personality. I don’t see design as just solving problems — I see it as asking the right questions, even the ones that haven’t been considered yet.

Through my studies, internships, jobs, and freelance work, I’ve been able to explore design from many different angles. These experiences opened doors to creative direction and brand strategy, allowing me to lead not just the visuals, but the overall voice and direction of the brands I’ve worked with.

Over time, I’ve also grown into more hands-on forms of design — experimenting with product design, installation, and spatial storytelling. I enjoy working across mediums, whether that’s building something physical, crafting an app, or designing an immersive visual experience. This multidisciplinary approach keeps me curious, challenged, and always learning.
